Lighthouse Cafe

Lighthouse Cafe

The cafe is open in Easter, and then every day during the summer season, which is from around the 20th of June till around the 10th of August. Opening times are 1pm – 6pm.

The cafe comprises of three rooms (living room, dining room and watch-room), plus the lamp room itself. We serve food that is traditional, healthy, home made and creative. We serve produce from the fruit and berries from the garden including juice, jam and cakes. The food is prepared in the colourful kitchen with a view over Sildagapet.

In the lamp room we have seating for 7 guests. The view is fantastic, with the automated lighthouse down on the shore, Sildagapet and the sea, which opens right out at Stadt, and a complete panorama of the passing sea traffic. The lighthouse is a favourite place for the creative – for a small cost one can borrow coloured pencils, paper, paints and pencils, to paint, draw or write. Notice boards with poems and pictures can be found in several places in the cafe. You can find more suggestions for things to do if you ask us.

We have musical instruments that our cafe guests can use for the enjoyment of everyone. We also arrange music courses and intimate concerts.
